We've come full circle. Chico started off by selling vinyls in 1964, quickly established as the place for music aficionados. We're now back in force, with a superb vinyl collection on offer, as well as all services related to those round black devils. This blog aims to create a forum for everything vinyl related. If you're looking to buy, sell, clean or inquire about vinyls, this is the place to do it.

About Me

Chico: Chico, Lebanon; Chico was established by Khatchik Mardirian in 1964, in a small shop 100 meters away from the present location. Renowned for the superb vinyl collection on sale, Chico continued to be at the forefront of the music scene in Beirut throughout the 60's and 70's. In 1983, we shook off the dust of the Israeli invasion and switched to videos. Again, Chico stood out as providing quality entertainment. In 1998 we rode the DVD train, rebuilding our library with the new medium. In late 2009, we bought the magnificent collection of La CD-Theque, merging their titles with ours. As of April 2012, our library boasts 12,000 titles of the finest caliber, the world cinema and documentary sections second to none. We also offer local books, local cds, a huge variety of posters, vinyls and services related to all of the above (except books).
